Just 40km from
Limoges, Eymoutiers is situated in the rolling hills of the Haute Vienne
department of the Limousin and is within easy reach of many beautiful places of
interest. Flights to Limoges include RyanAir from Stansted, Manchester, East Midlands, Bristol (seasonal), and Leeds/Bradford (seasonal) and Flybe from Southampton and Birmingham. In April 2017 British Airways started a seasonal flight from Gatwick. There are also good train links from the Eurostar in Lille and Paris.
... two rooms of comfortable accommodation located on the 2nd floor in a sympathetically restored Limousin town house, offering free Wifi. Within 5 minutes walk of all Eymoutiers' amenities, but tucked away in a quiet conservation area, Les Cerisiers is the ideal place for a restful holiday or a base for house-hunting.
As well as a continental breakfast, you are welcome to join your hosts for an evening meal which, when possible, Richard will prepare using home grown and local produce.
For breakfast you will be served a selection of homemade jams. These are also available for sale. Flavours include: Apricot, Raspberry & Melon; Apple & Red Fruits; Marrow & Ginger; Blueberry & Banana. These are all made from a selection of home grown fruit and those bought in local markets.
We have lived in Eymoutiers since June 2003 having both lived and worked in and around Oxford and London. After 15 years as a freelance editor Tim is now co-owner of a restaurant/bar (Café des Amis) in the village of Domps . Richard manages the chambres d’hôtes and we share the work in the vegetable gardens.
We look forward to
